Allow only administrators to add/amend holiday carry over

This is so we can keep track of any carry over centrally, and not allow managers to add this themselves for their staff.

Expenses on behalf of other user

As the CEO's Executive Assistant, it would be really helpful to be able to access or at least upload expenses on their behalf. Only admin's should have the ability or responsibility to do this.

Allow employees to edit the NI/SSN field

When a new employee starts we have to ask them to add this information to a different section of the hr system (bank details for example) and we then have to go retrieve it and drop it into the correct box afterwards.

Welsh interface for ATS to comply with legal requirements in Wales

We are a bilingual organisation (English and Welsh) and the system does not currently allow us to advertise our vacancies bilingually. We can add a welsh application form and amend questions, however the interface is still in English.
