Bulk calculate and upload next years holiday entitlement

Would be good to have a way to bulk calculate next years holiday entitlement.

We zeroed entitlement for next holiday year to prevent bookings, come December we will need to update this. To avoid doing this manually it would be good as a bulk action to calculate and update individual entitlements.
