It would be helpful when an employee logs out of the system instead of directing them to a marketing page for a new tool to have a link in order to log back into the system.

We have a quality team that need to see if a staff member is absent for annual leave or sick, however this allows them to see the reason for sickness and all comments made. This is not good for our organisation and the privacy of employees.

When a logbook request is approved and the employee is going back and edit the entry, the logbook request is going for the approval process again. This creates logbook duplications which is not ideal

Can the comment box under the scoring page in the performance review be made optional? Easiest would be a button to say enable or disable comment box. That way you can choose to only have the scoring on the main page without text.
