I would like to see a more controlled solution to Recruitment Managers Access rights and the way they view applications. If a recruiter progresses a candidate profile, the preferred functionality would be for the hiring managers to ONLY choose something like 'progress to interview' or 'decline.' At the moment, granting access rights seems to give managers the ability to manipulate the applications beyond this - including having the ability to process the vacancy itself and related applications.

Agreed. At the moment the Hiring Manager has far too much licence to do too much in the vacancy. They can also see all personal info for the candidate which goes against our policy of blind sifting and scoring. I'd like to see a role whereby the hiring manager (or role by another name) can't see any personal details.
