We have a WFH calendar and it would be a good option to be able to only sync certain event types to feed such calendars.

It would be extremely helpful to increase the API capabilities to enhance the possible integrations. For example, adding the ability to add emergency contacts and bank details via API would be very helpful.

It would be useful for Hiring Managers to be notified if a candidate is a duplicate and has already applied for another job in the system. The current method of relying on all hiring managers to click through and check is not suitable

I would like to know if it is possible to change the Bradford Factor so that it runs for all employees for the same period April to March rather than the start day of each individual.

We do not follow Bradford Factor but have our own internal absence management trigger points for long term absence, which where we need to stay on track to have formal meetings: 35 days 3 months 6 months 9 months 12 months
