Allow leavers access for a short time to download any docs etc

Allow leavers access to their peopleHR account for a short time (maybe 28 days) post leave date to ensure that they are able to access copies of documents and holiday allowances etc to make copies should they need them.

Other Events Not to include weekend

To view all comments made in expenses approval process

When there are multiple approvers on an expense, you cannot see the comments made by each approver, only the final approver. We need to be able to see all comments made during the approval process

Name of the task/action in title of email

It would be more efficient for the person receiving the email to immediately know who the task/action is for and whether it needs to be prioritised. It will also help when searching for older notifications from People.
