360 Process - Save as you go

360 Process for performance reviews, to be able to partially save throughout the response instead of having to be completed all in one go and submitted? Eg: similar to an MS Form that you can go out/into the form your responses will be saved.

Recording TOIL hours

TOIL can only be added in days, but is often accrued in hours - it would be helpful if we can record the hours in PHR rather than on separate spreadsheet before then adding a day to the PHR planner.

Export/print objectives and checkins from Performance module

It would be valuable to be able to export feedback, performance reviews, objectives etc from the system either as a PDF/word doc etc.

Seeing your whole team's holidays request with names, so you can avoid booking multiple employees out at the same time

Having multiple employees in different departments and countries, it can get really frustrating when I want to approve their annual leave, because I cant see all their request at the same time.
