Ideally the performance reviews could be edited to include a separate set of questions for employees and managers. In particular review cases, such as probation reviews it is not beneficial to have the employee score themselves on whether they have passed or failed for example so it would be good to be enable the overall scoring to be set to manager only as required.
Agreed. The probationary review process is not suitable at the moment, using the performance section doesn't work that well with probationary review. Tightening up probationary reviews and associated documentation is going to be a key area in all businesses soon, so I would love to see improvements made to this section rather than having to create workarounds to ensure that probationary review is watertight.
