Add Start Time as field on profile

Could we add Start Time as a field in the personal or employment tabs? It would be useful to have this so the information can be pulled as a data tag for onboarding, job offer emails.

The ability to change custom fields in 'Employee profile'.

For instance, the possibility to change "employment type" to relationship type.

Further holiday Years

Could there be an option to 'hide' previous THANKS badges, currently there is only the option to delete. I would prefer to hide them from use rather than delete as I have created new ones that I just want people to select from however I may choose to re-introduce the previously created badges at a later date

If I delete them, I will need to re-add them back again should I wish to use previous badges in the future. By hiding them from view it will save a lot of time.

News articles to have a draft mode

News articles to be saved as a draft to allow you to save it and come back to it, sometimes awaiting information and if you don't have it to hand, content has to be copied, pasted and saved somewhere else and all the settings have to be added again.

View salary in the App

Employees wanted to view their new salaries in the app when pay rises happened. Can this information be pulled through to the app? some of our blue collar employees do not have a desktop to view their personal information.

Would it be possible to have a new user group created for HR Departments, who do not have the same permissions as a full admin user, but are able to see all Company tasks within the task list.

Document signatures should differentiate between Reports to and Additional Reports to

At the moment the only options for document signatures are "Employee" and "Manager" This notifies both the "reports to" and "additional reports to" . Please consider differentiating the Manager signature to either or.

Allow custom dates in queries

For example being able to pull a Length of service report for how many teams will be over 2 years service at a specific date in the future

Where we have segments that are about aligning with company objectives etc, or a link tot he persons online PDP etc
