Would it be possible to have a new user group created for HR Departments, who do not have the same permissions as a full admin user, but are able to see all Company tasks within the task list.
Describe the Challenge | At present, our HR Department are unable to see automatic tasks (e.g. right to work expiry) as only the employee or admins can see the tasks. This means we have to enter the task manually and assign it to each member of the HR Department, which is very time consuming. If HR Department staff were able to see all tasks without being administrators, we would better be able to utilize the existing features of the system. |
