change the task of probation once they started

I am unable to edit a Probation period once an employee has started. I added 3 new employees, and the probation was set to 6 months but the task was set in days and was only set for 3 months, I didn't realise this and now the date can't be changed

Upcoming Birthday Notifications Via Email

Please can you enable the option to receive birthday notifications of employees via email, 2 weeks in advance? This will help management to prepare treats for milestone birthdays rather than miss birthdays or manually check each month.

Add Additional Manager to Email Notifications in a Ripple process

When using a Ripple to send email notifications you can choose Employee, Manager but not Additional Manager. This would be really useful. Cannot send to a specific name as relevant to different Additional Managers for different employees.
