It would be useful to have a buy sell annual leave function

Employee needed to book 3.5 days unpaid leave and the end of a period of annual leave. In order to do this they had to book 3 days and then a separate half day, which meant two approvals.

We would like to use the TOIL function in the planner, we tested how to add TOIL which can be added at 0.13 but booking is a minimum of 0.25. Could this be decreased to 0.13?

It would be great if employee's birthdays were shown on the company planner.
