Return to work interview questions to be customed not set by the system

Return to work questions are not relevant to each sickness and the company therefore the admins should be able to change it accordingly to the particular sickness and/or the company. Those questions, set via the peopleHR are not great.

Please can you add a search facility in query builder so its easier to find tabs to add

When building a new query it is very diffucly to find the tabs you are looking for. It would be great if you could search this such as 'Email' and it brings up the options to choose from.

Would like to save logbooks as pdf or be able to download them.

We are trying to move all paper forms to logbooks but unable to do so because you cannot download the information you have saved on the logbook.

Admin to be able to 'view as' (employee or manager view)

We would be more efficient in our support to our organisation if we could switch to view with different permissions. This could either be 'view as _specific name_' or generally as a manager or employee.

Increase character limit in Applause

There is no category for Applause so I have included in Admin. There is currently a character limit when sharing a shoutout in Applause which restricts how much feedback employees are able to share.
