Create hyperlinks with notifications

When a someone receives an email notification (e.g. employee completes performance review or a logbook is submitted for approval) it would be great to include a hyperlink to the exact section within Access People HR rather than just the main login page.

Also when comments are added following managers approval on a logbook it would be good for those comments to be included in the email advising that a logbook had been approved or declined.
