'Company' field is added into the scope of syncing
That 'Company' field is added into the scope of syncing, PeopleHR to Access Evo? It's the only Access Evo Tag that isn't, and means that for every new Staff Member, we have to additionally manually update their data in Access Evo.

If the performance review is due by a certain date you should be able to ask the person giving feedback to give it i time for the performance review date and the system should send reminders nearer the time if not completed
