When pulling reports there is the option to filter based on employee status (Active, Marked Leaver and Left) it would be helpful for reporting purposes to also have Future Starter as a status to be able to exclude these individuals from reports

This is a great idea and fixes a lot of problems we have with reports. Should really be implemented by now. Any easy fix.
