Set an expiry date for carried over annual leave

The area at the bottom of the absence request email that goes to the manager/approver to only show those on holiday during the requested dates, not before or after them.

Teams' absences to be shown ONLY where the same leave date is requested rather than those before or after the leave period

Effective dates don't work properly meaning inaccurate date is reported
