Re-hire Continuous Service Date/Deleting previous planner entries

When re-hiring and wanting a continuous service date to be from the new rehire date, it would be good to not have to delete all holidays/sickness etc from their previous planners before adding the new continuous service date.

Describe the Challenge Timetaking going through old planners to delete everything

    Hello,

The Continue Service Date for an employee can now be amended when rehiring an employee without needing to remove previous Employee Planner entries or create a new record for the employee.
Thank you for your feedback and for helping us improve our application.

    Best Regards,

    PeopleHR Product Team

It's important for us to have the functionality in PeopleHR to end someone's employment and rehire them without deleting their previous record or having incorrect service on the record if we choose not to delete, to ensure we're compliant with record keeping regs.

It's particularly important when you are a seasonal business and often re-hire staff

Agreed - the suggested workaround to delete employee data is not appropriate as we have an obligation to retain employee data and records.
