TOIL - This should be an OPTION only. Not all organisations have a TOIL policy

This should be an option to turn on or off. Not all organisations have a formal TOIL policy, this is now there for all to see, this could pose internal issues.

Describe the Challenge Internal ER issues, this should be an option only.

    Hello everyone,

    As part of the October 1st PeopleHR release, we have hidden the TOIL option from the Employee Planner for employees who have a zero TOIL balance in the current holiday year (i.e., if they haven't been granted any TOIL).
    This change ensures that TOIL is only available when applicable.

    Please let us know if this works as expected.

    Thank you for your feedback. I just want to clarify the request.
    Are you referring to the TOIL option displayed on Employee Planner Top-Left Holiday doughnut chart or somethin else?

    I agree, the new TOIL button, should be optional to add/remove for organisations. I agree we should be able to turn it off if we desire.
