Where manager can see actual start date of employee as well as current contract start date on Manager dashboard – employee – view profile – my contract. Rather than HR Dashboard (where included sensitive data, cannot share information i.e NI, DOB)

Redirect approvals when manager on maternity leave

Currently having to amend the reporting lines of team members when their manager goes on mat leave, however this has a knock on effect on org charts. Those on mat leave are still the manager and shouldn't be effectively "wiped off" the org charts....

12 month rolling sickness

We would like to have the option of reflecting sickness days over a 12 month rolling basis rather than by calendar year which isn't usable in line with UK legislation or general best practise in the UK.
