Change prefixed headings

Being able to change the heading like performance where it has negative connotations and therefore resistance to using the section. Have the menu more in our 'language' and terminology to improve usage of all sections

We have a lot of staff on no working patterns who only work shifts of less 7.5 hours is there any way that the default can be deactivated in any way or is there another way round the manager having to go in and alter amounts as this is quite onerous.

Allow managers to mark sickness as emergency leave

Weekly Hours

Would be useful to be able to choose what days are included in the weekly hours. We run our payroll based on Monday-Sunday hours but it is automatically set Sunday to Saturday when looking at the Weekly hours.

Main Icons now have no separation lines. Visually not an improvement.

The main icons/menu down the left hand side used to have lines to separate them, this has now gone, which doesn't look the best. Can this be reverted so there are separation lines to clearly define each element area.
