Additional reports to employees should be under a different tab in 'my team' to direct reporting employees. This way managers can clearly see their team and then their additional report to as the 'wider team'

Training matrix - can you freeze/pin the employee and the training description. if you have more than 6 employee's and you want to scroll across or down you lose all of the vital information and it is difficult to see what you need to in relation to your team members training.

Rather than having a separate manual in/out board, have a function by where a list can be downloaded of staff that are in the business on that day. This would assist for fire drills.
