Exclude upcoming leavers for bulk holiday entries

When bulk adding holidays to all employees planners (we do this for our Christmas closure dates) the default settings include people who have an upcoming leaving date even if the holiday booking is after their leave date.

It would be helpful for the system to automatically exclude them from the bulk action if their leaving date is prior to the holiday entry, without having to manually look up who is leaving and exclude them one by one, or remove bookings from their planner after adding to all employees.
