Be able to filter easily between two dates

Would be good to be able to run a query where you can clearly see how attrition rate is calculated and run for the last day of each month.

When using a Ripple to send email notifications you can choose Employee, Manager but not Additional Manager. This would be really useful. Cannot send to a specific name as relevant to different Additional Managers for different employees.
