When we set annual leave it asks the next years allowance, but doesn't give a space to put a reason why, which could make future logging an issue

As some people gain TOIL in hours rather than days, they want to use it along with some hours annual leave in the same day but the system currently doesn't allow this and they can only be used on separate days.
