Ability to change field headings in employment tab

Within the Employment tab on the individual there are various headers such as Benefit ID, Rota ID, etc etc. It would be really helpful to be able to rename these to whatever we might use them for.

We use one to help identify divisions within the company to make it easy when running queries, its quicker and easier than setting up log books for very little information. Being able to name the field to whatever we use would give us so many more options.
