Managers to select Paid or Unpaid before saving a record of sickness or other event

Currently PHR defaults a record of sickness or other event to unpaid. Please can you add that a manager has to select PAID or UNPAID in order to save the record of absence. Thank you

Allow links on document bulk upload

Currently, I can use a link to an existing document when adding a doc to an employee's record, but when trying to add them via bulk it'll only let me upload the doc rather than using a link.
