'Additional Reports To' to be added as a selection within a Ripple Email

Could we remove the word "Employed For" from the Org Chart

Could we remove the word "Employed For" from the Org Chart OR disable the Org chart in people HR? Not all of team is "employed" per se we have contractors as well. Showing them as "Employed" may have legal issues
