Additionally reports to being included on the integration for learning

We have 2 managers per location, but only 1 manager can currently access the reports on training stats from the learning platform.

This would allow more than 1 manager to access the training reports. Currently to add a second manager, this has to be completed manually and is very time consuming given that we have nearly 400 staff and management changes that come with this.
