When we raise cases and then the system doesnt do the thing we request can the agent not vote on it, why do we have to then log into a different portal to make a suggestion?

business logic needed in the sysptem to better manage team availability, currently its down to relying on the manager checking , which sometime they dont!

It would be nice to see a different design for the dashboard, I find this not in keeping with the rest of the system and removing the missions.

For every person added to the Software, they are assigned either Admin or Employee. I am therefore classifying some EU staff as Employees when they are not, for example: Their record shows they are an employee, but in Poland, they are a Civil Work...

It would be useful if all admins received an email when an employee updates their contact information, such as address, then they can be sure to make all the necessary updates such as to payroll.

For any comments in an “other event” request to also be made visible when email is sent to approval. This will help save time as I will be able to take a decision to approve or not from the email.

Please add more icons to choose from when adding different types of leave.
