We have several different companies under one PeopleHR and we need to be able to add the Company field on the list of employees which would allow much easier sorting and navigation. I imagine lots of other users of PeopleHR have different requirements and the ability to choose which columns are visible and then to be able to save a custom view per user would be very valuable.
