If we could redesign our own employee dashboards like the mobile app (remove / add widgets) that would be also be useful.
It would be good to show not just annual leave entitlement & balance but also sickness absence, benefit entitlement, other event entitlement & balance, probation review dates, annual review dates etc.
Also, a different tab for managers, so not only can they see their own data, but that of their team members prompting them to complete tasks
