Logbook Signature Reminders (no ripple)

We don't have the ripple function with our PHR subscription. We use logbooks to document probation reviews and require employee signatures once the manager has completed the logbook.

It does not make sense that an email is not sent out to the employee advising there is an item that requires their signature, similar to unsigned documents. On our test accounts, on the logbook tab it doesn't show the blue '1' showing that there is anything outstanding for the employee to complete there. This simple amendment would save a lot of HR hours in chasing and ensuring that compliance is adhered to.
