Our organisation does not wish this to be an option for our employees. Whilst we can of course communicate this to our employees, without the ability to remove this as an option, we have no guarantee that employees won't link their work Outlook accounts.
As per the last admin update (Feb 2026) there was no assurance on security of linked accounts and we would like to see policies that specifically relate to the linking of email accounts to People HR. As with most organisations, employee emails contain highly sensitive and personal information.
