On Organisation chart I am changing the orientation to the 'left' hand side however when i click the download PDF option, it does not show up int hat format. Please can this be changed?

From what I have tested, regardless of how you set up the view on Org Chart, when you download as PDF, it will show the default view on the horizontal line.

After you submit your idea, an internal team will review it for possible future changes to the product.

However, there is no guarantee that it will be implemented or the timeframe for this.
