Organisational Chart - More user friendly and interactive Merged

The current organisational chart is very hard to navigate, scrolling across is not user friendly. It would be helpful for the chart to be better presented and interactive, whereby when you click an employee, you can access their contact details, office base, working hours, line manager or direct reports ect. Ideally similar to the organisation chart available in Workday for comparison.

    make them more vertical, currently they are spread accross the page and I have to create a seperate organisation chart to use throughout the company as the one on PeopleHR is so unhelpful.
