Holidays can be booked in hours, but not sickness, please can we have this as an option going forward

Dashboard filter currently only allows for departmental filtering. However, as a multi-entity group, "Company" filters would be required.

If backdating contracted hours, the planner changes all holidays and other events booked from that date onwards to the system default of 7 hours 30 mins. If these have already been approved it shouldn't change!
