Be able to set up a ripple which informs the admin when candidates have been put in the Talent Pool section of the pipeline, so that they know to go and add them to their internal talent pool.

When running query reports on a specific timesheet logbook I have created which runs in order of the days of the week, I can not run a query report in the order the logbook was created.
