Be able to amend annual leave once authorised but send through another authorisation

Instead of having to completely cancel/delete the leave and re-adding, it would just send a new authorisation email to the manager that the leave was changed

Additional employee status for future starts

When pulling reports there is the option to filter based on employee status (Active, Marked Leaver and Left) it would be helpful for reporting purposes to also have Future Starter as a status to be able to exclude these individuals from reports
