More options for default setting for paid/unpaid sickness and not attached to reason

There should be more options for sickness than paid, unpaid and paid at a different rate. There should be an option for this to be blank and there should be an option for part-paid. And these should not be tied to reason.

Our employees receive pay for their first 10 days of absence in a rolling twelve month period. It would be useful to be able to set this rule in People HR but while this is not possible we should be able to set sickness so that when a manager enters it, it is blank (neither paid or unpaid) so we as admins can run a report on blanks and then specify paid, unpaid or part paid (where the first part is paid but their sick pay runs out part way through) based on absence history.

Our absence policy is fairly standard (based on number of days, I have never worked for a company where sick pay was decided based on the reason for absence so I am not sure how useful the current functionality is.
