Mail merge tags to align with all fields in the 'Employment' tab

Please could you ensure all tags that can be mail merged contain all fields from the Employment tab for a given employee.

Training matrix - can you freeze/pin the employee and the training description. if you have more than 6 employee's and you want to scroll across or down you lose all of the vital information and it is difficult to see what you need to in relation to your team members training.

Change Managing Director settings as currently can't share Performance Review.

Currently our Managing Director does not have a "Manager" assigned to him and he is at the top level with all employees under him. This causes problems for sharing Performance Reviews as the only person they can "Share" their review with is "Admin".

New starter payment frequency options

Dynamically amend pulse survey

When setting pulse surveys in advance, the survey can select all staff. This then doesn't dynamically select employees as and when the numbers changes for starters and leavers - all staff should accomodate this.
