It would be great for holiday requests to go to the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams. This would be a much quicker and easier way for Managers to approve holiday for their teams and see a list of their approvals as well as any outstanding quickly.

Once the year has been elapsed, can we stop people from booking leave from the previous years ? I.E. If we are in January 2024 and someone wants to book back-dated leave from December 2023 - currently they can. Can we stop people from doing so ?

Having used TeamSeer for a couple of years, it is superior in many ways to the planner on People HR - it's colourful, clear, you can have leave types set up how you want etc etc.
'No Work Pattern' day length should equal company standard
Currently, if someone is on 'No Work Pattern', their 'day' when they go to book holiday defaults to 7.5 hours, regardless of what the standard working day for the company is set as.
