We use 3rd party software for absence management, we would like to use some functions in the planner but hide this from employees - there doesn't seem to be a way for admin users to use the planner without enabling access to everyone to see their own planner via workspace. can this just be a default role in workspace to turn it off for all users ?

Totally agree, we want to be able to import this information from a 3rd party system and analyse through PeopleHR. but there is no way to hide the Planner from users so we can't use a very useful function.
