Bradford score to run from same Holiday year for all

I would like to know if it is possible to change the Bradford Factor so that it runs for all employees for the same period April to March rather than the start day of each individual.

To be able to have quick access to who is in today

Rather than having a separate manual in/out board, have a function by where a list can be downloaded of staff that are in the business on that day. This would assist for fire drills.

Allow only administrators to add/amend holiday carry over

This is so we can keep track of any carry over centrally, and not allow managers to add this themselves for their staff.
