Allow more than one pattern to be added in future

Allowing more than one work pattern to be pending due to flexible hours requests. for example, someone is increasing their hours steadily 7.5 hours and another 7.5 hours in one month. I would like to be able to act on the changes and be done with it.

Ability to add 2 leave types on one Day/Instance

I would like the ability to add multiple leave types on one day. For example, if someone has half a day leave then they would not be able to book a half day toil so that they can take the whole day off.

Remove the cancel button from the planner entry

I know it's a new thing but people are not finding the delete button as is. By adding a cancel button at the beginning of that workflow, people will be confused as to why the cancel button doesn't actually cancel their entry.

On sickness comments box comment should be added as you type it in

At the moment you have to type it then click on add comments and then save. A number of people click save but not add comment and then the comment is lost

Absence Report printed from individual's planner to include all absence types

Rather than create a query for a single employee, when trying to get an overview of their absences in the given year, the print report available from the planner should include all absence types, not just holidays.

Being able to book unpaid leave in 'other events' in half days, i.e 3.5 days

Employee needed to book 3.5 days unpaid leave and the end of a period of annual leave. In order to do this they had to book 3 days and then a separate half day, which meant two approvals.
