The ability to see an employee's non working day on planner/calendar

We have some part time employees which means they have certain days where they do not work (non working days). While we can update their work schedule in their employee profiles which is great - to sort annual leave and based on their working schedules, it's tricky when we cannot see an employees non working day in the planner.
