Allow the Administrators to decide the lowest granularity for booking Annual Leave: 0.25 vs 0.5 day

Limit the minimum annual leave booking to 0.5 day and not allow the employee to alter to less ie 0.25 day which they can do currently.

Holiday authorisations via Teams App

It would be great for holiday requests to go to the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams. This would be a much quicker and easier way for Managers to approve holiday for their teams and see a list of their approvals as well as any outstanding quickly.

Create a pop up when clicking on the Bradford Factor points infographic to display the IxIxD calculation.

'No Work Pattern' day length should equal company standard

Currently, if someone is on 'No Work Pattern', their 'day' when they go to book holiday defaults to 7.5 hours, regardless of what the standard working day for the company is set as.

To have the Return to Work interview working on sickness absences, it will email not just line managers, but also additional managers. I would like to turn that off. The MD does not need to see when every employee is off.
