'No Work Pattern' day length should equal company standard

Currently, if someone is on 'No Work Pattern', their 'day' when they go to book holiday defaults to 7.5 hours, regardless of what the standard working day for the company is set as.

This is unhelpful if someone has their holiday in hours they don't use the right amount of holiday if they book a day off.
