Holidays in Days and Hours

Having holidays in hours is what we want but having a least for those with equal hours over thir days to have in brackets the number of days i.e. 247.5 hours (33 days) if you were a full time employee. Would be good as a minmum for full time employees. Even if its rounded up or down it would be so benefical so people don't have to do maths.
