it would be good to be able to track declined holiday.
At the moment I can only approve or delete holiday from the planner and as an admin I should be able to approve and decline any holiday, I have no ability to decline it from the planner, and 'save' automatically approves it. There is no view of declined holiday in the planner so once holiday id declined it can be requested for the same dates over and over again.
it would be beneficial for the following reasons;
being able to approve or decline holiday in the planner would make it much easier to see the 'history' of holiday requests and what has ben declined in the past.
Being able to see declined holiday in the planner will allow for a 'birds eye view' of declined vs approved holiday and spot any patterns
it will allow for a view of 'other absences' taken during the dates of declined holiday
In a busy contact centre, it is easy to miss an e-mail, planner will provide clear view of holiday being approved or declined.
Describe the Challenge | it will be a great selling point for people HR as it further streamlines manual processes for your clients. as at present there is not easy way of seeing this and more manual processes are necessary. |
